The frame is ok but the monogramming was unbelievably badly done. I specifically asked if it could be done to a good scale . When the frame arrived I almost cried but it was so bad it was laughable. I immediately contacted Drew who responded initially but then crickets. This was a fiftieth birthday gift for my daughter but I cannot give it to her - too embarrassing. Whoever did the monogramming had to know it was almost invisible. If it could not be done satisfactorily I should have been notified. I feel that Cunill was just trying to see if I would accept the frame and be silent.
