PERSONALIZING: Cunill America will engrave product for its wholesale accounts for a small fee of $10.00. We use a computerized diamond tip system which etches text (or images) into the metal. See the various font options at the product level of this website or call us and we'll email you an order form.
OPENING ORDER / PAYMENT INFORMATION: Cunill America opening order minimum for wholesale accounts is 1 item, with preferred method of payment being credit card or Paypal, however terms are available upon our review of a new account application. You may request an application by contacting our office. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. SHIPPING METHODS: The Cunill America domestic carriers are FedEx and UPS. Shipping charges will be added to invoices unless a specified account number is provided. Invoices will be issued at time of shipment and are attached to lead carton and/or can be sent by email upon request.
DAMAGES: If a damaged or defective merchandise claim is necessary, please contact our office as soon as possible upon receipt. We will issue a prepaid return label and send it by email or fax. Please refer to your invoice number and style number as well as quantity and description of the problem.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING: Cunill America establishes and MSRP for each product but does not require MAP pricing. We request that our retail partners stay within reasonable range of our suggested retail price with due respect for the product value and brand name.
PRODUCT IMAGES: Cunill America provides high resolution jpg format images to approved accounts upon request. Digital images will be sent by email or large file transfer software of choice.
